　　Duties

　　Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalized and memorable experience.

　　Prepare drink and cocktail orders for guests, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.

　　Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.

　　Open and serve wine/champagne bottles.

　　Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies

　　Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and working area.

　　Skills & Experience

　　Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)

　　I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)

　　Previous bartending experience desirable with sound cocktail knowledge

　　Passion for customer service

　　Unrestricted working rights for Australia
