LOCATION:
Evansville or Northen Region; Incumbent may be assigned and re-located to a branch within the Evansville or Northern Region as staffing and business initiatives dictate.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.; however, some evenings may be required.
Saturday rotation in Southern Market/Evansville Branches or Northern Market/Petersburg or Washington Branches; Occasional evening hours.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for the day-to-day Retail Operation of the branch including scheduling, optimum customer satisfaction, branch security, retail compliance, standard operating procedures, audits, product knowledge, product referrals and sales promotion. Evaluates and trains staff of the branch daily with the goal of creating a team of knowledgeable professionals working intuitively together for the benefit of the customer and the bank. This position partners with the Retail Market Operations Manager and Human Resources on all reported employee relations issues including but not limited to employee conflicts/conduct, potential FMLA/ADA, performance reviews, progressive disciplinary actions, and daily staffing. This is a comprehensive position in which the incumbent will learn the intricacies of bank management and perfect business development skills in preparation for a potential leadership role. Will perform all related BSA functions.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting or Business-Related Field, or relevant experience required.Demonstrated capability of producing and increasing a retail and consumer loan products portfolio.Demonstrated capability of actively cross-selling, increasing new households and growing deposits.Extensive knowledge of teller and vault functions.Proficient with Microsoft Office[MAJOR DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:]{cambria",serif"=""}
Successfully develop and exhibit skills such as leadership, employee relations, sales and service, communication, conflict management, team building, and employee engagement.
Provides training for the development of staff and effectively addresses and works with the Retail Market Operations Manager and Human Resources to correct staff performance issues through effective coaching and follow-up.
Develops and maintains effective relationships with internal business partners.
