Description:

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　• Experience with mammalian cell culture.

　　• Conduct cell viability assays via fluorescent or luminescent readouts.

　　• Previous experience working with RNA, DNA, and protein isolation from cells

　　• Conduct:

　　RT-PCR / qPCR

　　gel electrophoresis

　　Western blot

　　ELISA.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　• B.S. in chemistry, biochemistry, Molecular or related field.

　　• Experienced in:

　　cell culture techniques

　　cell-based assays

　　DNA and RNA transfection

　　• Familiarity with standard lab instrumentation, computers, and software

　　• Excellent written and oral communication skills

　　• Ability to process and interpret experimental data

　　Experience Level:

　　Intermediate Level
