Kforce's client, a well-known automation company is looking for a Principal Simatic Solutions Architect to define the roadmap as they are implementing Simatic at a Food & Beverage company.Duties/Day to Day Overview:

　　Go through each of the issues being reported on Sid testing

　　Promised 24-hour turn around on resolutions

　　Triaging issues that come up: Any changes to the scope, delivery results

　　Short Term Needs:

　　Get requirements nailed down

　　Determine changes vs defects

　　Advise on best solutions

　　Long Term Needs:

　　Planning multi-site deployments

　　Execute expanding templates for deployments

　　Flexibility with tailoring - high level analysis work internally with the team

　　Must have Simatic:

　　SQL Server

　　Git

　　Basic software development knowledge (not a developer role)

　　Strong SA Skills for all project phases:

　　Analysis

　　Design

　　Prototyping

　　Commissioning/Estimating

　　Understand basics of PM duties

　　Able to work with internal and external stakeholders

　　Able to create estimates for the work

　　Able to report on issues

　　Additional Qualifications (Nice to Haves):

　　Heavy preference for someone to come from Food & Beverage/working knowledge of FDA process/experience

　　Scripting - any language

　　Open to a Senior Engineer if they have Simatic Experience

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
