　　Is responsible for setting the priorities typically for a small internal digital product. Collaborates with others to understand different points of view, and arrive at clear definition of opportunities. Understands the customer needs and translates them into user stories that are valuable, feasible, and usable to be prioritized in the product backlog. Communicate the status of the digital product to peers and manager. Creates personas, user journeys, user flows. Conducts user and usability testing and utilizes the results to inform design decisions. Embraces Agile methodologies - fail fast, learn, and iterate - and work with agile teams to bring their digital products to life.

　　Job Qualifications

　　Experience with Technical Product Management (TPM) skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

　　Understanding of IT architecture principles for omni-channel consumer engagement, including CRM, Personalization, WebPresence, mobile, hosting, CI/CD, Programmatic media, BigData

　　Basic understanding and programming skills in HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript, SQL, Python, XML, BigQuery, GTM, and micro-services.

　　Familiarity with digital data flows, including tag management, micro-services, APIs, and REST services.

　　Experience with managing Google Analytics suite, Google Developer tools, GTM, KNIME, and PowerBI for analytics.

　　Ability to access and manipulate data using tools like Knime, RStudio, and Data Visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI).

　　Familiarity with Big Data environments (Google, AWS, Azure) and tools like Spark, Impala, Hue, Hadoop, and Jupyter.

　　Basic knowledge of GDPR, Stewardship, Privacy, and Info security is a plus.

　　Applied knowledge of AI/ML is a plus.
