About the role
Support Singapore Sales team to execute plans & promotional strategies/key activations in Singapore and managing of assigned key customers to grow TPB wine portfolio. Also, to support all operational requirements of the role.
Sales Team Support: Provide Sales Manager with support on promotions, execution, pricing admin and stock queries from customers by:
• Completing monthly promotion and new item listing forms
• Preparing & delivering monthly promotional brief to Field Merchandiser team
• Monitor inventory/stock on hand to ensure promotions are being activated in-store and sufficient stock in distributor warehouse to support promotional periods
• Monitoring in-store promotions and space buy have been activated / reporting to Sales & Marketing on a monthly basis
• Review stock on hand and fulfilment of POs from distributor to retailers in peak periods
• Manage customers’ queries on stock and resolve price discrepancies
• Other ad-hoc duties or projects within the sales and marketing function as and when assigned
• Coordinating with key retailers on in-store displays & brand activations
• Monitor execution of key activations & provide assistance on operational issues as and when needed
Key Account Management: Ensure that customers achieve the goal objectives agreed with TPB:
• Inspiring customers on our brands, by giving support and by improving capability
• Set the objectives and targets; establish distribution plan, marketing and promotional plans with the distributors/customers
• Track performance against targets monthly and identify potential risk to the target
• Identify opportunities to mitigate any risks in budget
• Ensure that the distribution plan is well executed and that our priority brands are available in all the relevant channels
• Provide insights on the depletion of the brands by key customers
Relationship Management:
• Develop strong working relationships with sales & marketing team, key customers & distributor
About you
Degree-level education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, meticulous to details
Ability to work autonomously and manage own workflow
Minimum 2 years of experience in key account/Ecommerce sales, operations or trade marketing role in FMCG or alcohol industry
