　　New or Used Car sales experience a plusProfessional appearance and demeanorExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, management, and othersMust be able to combine customer service skills with a strong closeMust have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on timeMust have a valid and clean NY state driver's licenseBasic computer and internet skillsExperience using a CRM-Preferably CDK

　　Helps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policiesConducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits and all other rules of the road are followedNegotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashionHelps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirementsMaintains accurate sales documentationMaintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotionsAttends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as requiredPerforms other duties as assigned
