Cannon Automotive Solutions , a division Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for an Automation Specialist in our Cleveland , Tennessee Hot Stamping Facility. The Automation Specialist is responsible for overseeing and improving industrial automated processes and equipment . The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a manufacturing facility, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. 　　Summary Responsibilities:

　　Analyze, prepare, and communicate reports on machinery for process improvements

　　Maintain, debug, and troubleshoot robotic and PLC program s

　　Prepare technical documentation such as operating and training manuals

　　Proactive in process and quality improvements

　　Ensure compliance with all legislative safety requirements

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Degree or Diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution . Required field of study would include Robotic Technician, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, and Industrial Controls

　　2 years of relevant experience related to industrial automation

　　Ability to retain information and communicate effectively

　　Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

　　Able to work 3-shift model: Midnights, Days, Afternoons, and required OT

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　5 years of relevant experience related to industrial automation

　　Broad knowledge of process automation

　　Highly initiative and independently motivated
