  Responsibilities

  Translate real-world needs into technical implementation and be an integralpart of delivering customer-focused engineering solutions in rapidlytransforming on-orbit space environment. Join Arcfield to engineer the SpaceForce's top priority space programs.Arcfield is supporting the U.S. Space Force develop and deploy the nextgeneration of resilient capabilities to deliver critical information toquickly win and even prevent future wars. You will develop Mission Threads,Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), Capability Development Documents(CDDs), Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), Interface ControlDocuments (ICDs), and digital mission and system models. You will growyour skills by researching new requirements, technologies, and threats,and using innovative engineering methodologies and tools to createtomorrow's sCome join Arcfield and solve our countries most daunting challenges withinnovation!Be an emerging authority, who applies extensive technical expertise.Develop technical solutions to complex problems.Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approachesSupports process design related to relevant applicationsPerform impact and system analysis based on requirementsLead a sub-team of designers and specification writers in support ofimplementationSupport the development of test architectures and technology validationstrategiesLeading or participate in technical Centers of Excellence (CoE)Collaborate with other technical teams in the exchange and transfer oftechnical knowledge and in the development and evolution of architecturestandards, guidelines, reference architecture, and the systemsTechnology Roadmap.

  Qualifications

  Required:Must Possess and Maintain Top Secret/ SCI clearanceBS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-55+ years of experience in large-scale space mission and systems engineeringand integration on DoD and IC space programs3+ years of experience developing operational requirements, CONOPS,architectures, use cases, technical specifications, ICDs, andintegration plans and roadmaps for space and ground systemsExperience conducting or supporting space system Preliminary Design Reviews(PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Test Readiness Reviews(TRRs), and System Verification Reviews (SVRs)Familiarity with systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 andIEEE 15288.2Ability to be highly motivated, and demonstrate a dynamic work ethic andstrong desire to contribute to the DoD missionBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CSDesired:Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and testing onspace-based remote sensing systemsKnowledge of hardware and software development processes and Agile methodsTS/SCI clearanceINCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications, including ASEP,CSEP, or ESEP Certifications

  Equal Pay Act

  This is the projected compensation range for this position. There aredi ferentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate,including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevantwork experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role,geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education andcertifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
