　　Analyze and summarize legal documents

　　Communicate with clients and the counsel for the other side

　　Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

　　Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

　　Requirements - Licensed attorney

　　Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

　　Licensed Attorney experience desired

　　General familiarity with Basic Medical Terminology

　　Contract Specification experience highly valued

　　Experience with Contract Negotiations

　　HealthCare Provider experience highly preferred

　　Contract administration experience required

　　Knowledge of Licensed Attorney

　　Proficiency in corporate law

　　Prior experience with Contract Modifications

　　Proficiency in Commercial Contracts

　　Comprehension of Contract provisions

　　Experience with Vendor Compliance

　　Background working with Contracting strategy

　　Adeptness in Vendor Contacts

　　Previous experience working with Contract Renewals

　　Earlier work involving contracts

　　Foundational knowledge in contract law

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Vendor Contracts

　　Contract Management experience preferred

　　Hands-on experience with contract negotiation

　　Good understanding of Contract Terms

　　Contract Compliance experience desired

　　Practical knowledge of Basic Medical Terminology

　　Above-average academic credentials and references

　　Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

　　Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
