LOAN SERVICING COLLECTOR

The candidate for this position will work in a call center environment and will be responsible for:
Assisting our mortgage loan borrowers with the servicing of their loan
Assisting and answering questions from internal customers as it pertains to all aspects of mortgage loan servicing
Contacting and monitoring delinquent accounts per investor guidelines
Processing payments, quoting payoff, compiling packages for foreclosure referrals, cross training and responding to customer inquiries through a variety of digital channels
Assisting in the Customer Service Department as needed
Requirements for the position include:
A high school diploma (or equivalent)
Excellent organization skills
The ability to multi-task
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidate may be required to cross train in other areas of Loan Servicing as need
The ability to work late and/or flexible hours
