　　PRIMARY DUTIES

　　The primary duties of the employee are (but are not limited to) the following:

　　Operate 2 assemblers simultaneously producing an acceptable innerspring mattress meeting or exceeding the minimum acceptable level of output.Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process and the system.Conduct Quality checks to identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and the quality system.Initiate, recommend, or provide suggestions to improve the product or process.Identify and control nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.**Responsibilities:

　　1. Safety

　　Understand and comply with all safety rules.Understand and comply with all OSHA regulations and programs.Report all accidents, no matter how minor, immediately.Report any unsafe conditions in the work area.Report any unsafe acts.Always wear proper PPE.Keep work area clean and free of any hazards.QualityPerform all quality checks and document the results.

　　Must be able to use and read a tape measure.

　　Identify non-conforming products and or raw materials.

　　Accept the individual responsibility for the quality of the products and process you perform.

　　Make suggestions to improve the quality of the product and process.<
