Job Summary:
The Executive Director will provide administrative oversight of the activities of the Columbus Area Labor Management Committee and implement program delivery to include training, facilitation, and conflict resolution services to client member organizations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
•[ ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Direct, develop and conduct customized training programs which enhance cooperation between labor and management in both public and private sector organizations to become high performance organizations; plan, conduct, analyze and report workplace, group or committee assessments; consult with people on developing employee-involvement processes in coordination with high performance workplaces;
•[ ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Establish the annual budget for the organization; identify grant funding opportunities, write grant proposals, and develop new sources of funding; develop, direct and implement strategic plans to meet the goals of the organization, consistent with funding requirements;
