Summary:Lead the team of FX Business Leads to partner cross-functionally in thehome office and with the field, to empower others to think field-first,develop field segment expertise, and drive value by developing processflows enterprise partners aligned to the Elevate Field Experience Visionand the field change strategy; driving shared, time-bound OKRs. PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities: Lead team of FX Business leads to partnercross functionally within the home office and field to clearlyarticulate the field value proposition and experience, empowering theenterprise with knowledge and insights and drive alignment on theintended experience for key initiatives for the enterprise. Drivesprocess flows for enterprise partners through the field experience lens.Ensures enterprise partners are aware of each field segment\'s need andthat those needs are met as key enterprise decisions are made. Developstrong partnerships in the home office and field to incorporate thevoice of the field lens into the work, assess priorities, andstrategically guide toward alignment on advancing prioritized solutionsthat address field needs and pain points. Works closely with leadershipto facilitate prioritization, resourcing, and design of field experiencebest practices. Integrate field experience best practices and standardsin high priority initiatives (and run the business work). Provideconsultation and direction to ensures that work on and in FieldExperience (FX) capabilities align with Career Distribution andMultiyear Strategy priorities Effectively works with project teams toalign execution plans with FX and CD priorities Provides visibility andprogress reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders Drives discipline,organization, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Proactively partners with the change management team on key enterpriseinitiatives to ensure successful implementation. Alignment to keyenterprise initiatives may shift as needed.
