  About the role:

  The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for leveraging the most impactful high grown potential customers in the North America AQI portfolio. The SAM is someone that can leverage their professional understanding of the entire customer organization, but especially the C-suite leadership.

  This position is part of the North America Sales Organization at Aquatic Informatics located in the US and will be remote.

  In this role, you will:

  Work with existing customers to become a trusted advisor and understand their usage of our software.

  Find opportunities to expand customer usage into new applications, use cases, and other business units to significantly increase wallet share of software and services, while helping the customer achieve their digital transformation goals.

  Ensure that recurring support/subscription contracts are renewed each year.

  Drive sales growth within the existing customer base.

  Identify and qualify new cross-brand sales opportunities for sales representatives (account executives/customer success managers) through referrals.

  Are you qualified

  Post-secondary degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  6+ years of experience in enterprise or cloud software sales and account management.

  Water Quality and/or SaaS experience

  Good understanding of C-Suite leadership

  Must have experience in a data driven, analytical environments and can communicate on a strategic platform
