　　Team Overview

　　The Data Solutions and Reporting function within BlackRock People Analytics supports the global HR community and other stakeholders across BlackRock for all data related to the employee life cycle.

　　We are looking for an Associate that will join our team to support the ongoing transformation of HR reporting and analytics, partnering with colleagues across HR to understand data and reporting needs, and enabling leaders within and beyond HR to enable data driven decisions.

　　The Associate is responsible for building and maintaining the Workday reporting infrastructure and creating scalable data models for solutions that enable insights and decision making.

　　Responsibilities

　　Provide data solutions, reports, and dashboards, to support cross functional requirements by understanding needs and usage across a broad range of HR functions, including HR Business Partners, Talent Management, HR Operations, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Compensation, and Recruiting.Work closely with HR Business Partners and HR Function Leaders to ensure accurate and timely access to data, reports, and dashboards in support of data driven decisions in partnership with business leaders and Talent Insights.Determine optimal solutions for delivering data in Workday.Partner closely with stakeholders to understand complex reporting requirements and create complex custom reports (matrix, composite, advanced etc.).Collaborate with internal clients to incorporate testing and feedback into the development lifecycle, and partner with clients' post-production to ensure continued adoption of delivered solutions.Keep up to date with Workday updates and plan for changes per future releases.Develop tactical and long-term data models that are scalable and adaptable to evolving HR changes.Implement risk and controls into all solutions, demonstrate strong understanding of data privacy and BlackRock data security requirements.

　　This role will require strong relationships with colleagues across HR (Platforms & Infrastructure, Operations, Business Partners, Talent, Compensation) as well as across BlackRock Corporate functions including Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal, etc. to identify, prioritize, design, execute, and drive adoption of self-service analytics tools and building organizational capabilities in driving data-based decisions.

　　Qualifications

　　3+ years of relevant experience building and delivering impactful HR Data, Reporting and Dashboard solutions.Ability to manage work with the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion.Advanced knowledge of Workday Reporting and Dashboarding.Solid data visualization and storytelling skills to effectively communicate insights and influence decisions.Business acumen, accuracy, and attention to detail.Adaptable, logical, and capable of flexing solutions to changing demands.Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively anticipate problems and opportunities and confidence to use initiative to pursue solutions.Ability to think about end-to-end processes, especially the user experience, to deliver on business as well as technical outcomes.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Prism Analytics and PowerBI (or experience with similar visualization tools such as Tableau) skills a plus.
