　　What you'll do

　　SAP Business Technology Platform ABAP is the core of SAPs technical foundation which is used by the worlds largest organizations to run their business-critical applications. We provide programming languages, software development kits (SDKs), rich programming models and tools for ABAP developers to build innovative cloud applications and scalable enterprise solutions.

　　We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Writer (f/m/d) with a strong passion for programming to join our dynamic scrum team. Our documentation is the first point of contact for developers implementing their business applications and a vital part of our software. You will be responsible for creating high-quality English reference documentation and code examples for our programming languages and our programing models. Building the bridge between our technologies and our users, your contributions will be instrumental in providing our users with the best possible developer experience. You will enhance our user assistance deliverables and provide diverse formats for ABAP developers across the world, including integrating videos and written materials into our tools and IDEs.

　　What you bring

　　Team first attitude - we win together as a team.

　　A good to excellent university degree in technical communication or in technical fields, like computer science, with experience in technical writing.

　　Fluent German and English language skills -both written and verbal- are required.

　　The ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner, including programming paradigms and concepts.

　　Outstanding communication skills.

　　Passion for programming.

　　Proficiency in a modern programming language like ABAP, Java, or Python is necessary.

　　Knowledge about ABAP, ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) and/or SQL is a plus.
