In this unique role, you will be working as an Associate and will be responsible for implementation of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined framework. This includes oversight and management of the Western Union Payments data analytics/business intelligence program.
Role Responsibilities
You Will use your skills to Design, develop and implement new software.
Maintain and improve existing software.
Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
Seeks to understand business needs, builds credibility by providing relevant inputs, integrates PO's feedback and delivers as per commitments.
Can prioritize individual tasks based on project criticalities, proactively plans based on critical inputs from historical data, analyses work output and plans for contingencies.
Role Requirements
3+ years of Experience in design, developing and delivering solutions using Java and Spring boot.
Strong hands-on experience on Core JAVA, J2EE concepts including OOPS, exception handling, Collections Framework, abstraction, inheritance etc.
Strong experience in Spring framework including dependency injection, IOC, Spring boot etc., experience in containerization, API Gateways is a plus.
Have proven experience in working with a team of engineers and service providers in a geographically distributed structure.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
Experience with EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), MOM (Messaging oriented Middleware) is good to have, CEP (Complex event processing) is a plus.
