Description:

　　· Perform daily A/R functions including receiving bills, confirming accuracy, coding, payables entry

　　· “Full cycle accounts receivable” meaning sales order, delivery, billing document, posting to account, receiving and posting payment from customer

　　· Build positive relationships with all internal (sales and operations) and external customers.

　　· Ensure invoices and cash applications are processed in an accurate and timely manner.

　　· Process new credit applications (based on credit department and company size)

　　· Progress billing control, invoicing and reporting.

　　· Posting payments to customer accounts.

　　· Make collection calls and/or correspond with customers about past due balances.

　　· Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.

　　· Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.

　　· Prepare and reconcile customer statement, process customer returns and issue invoices.

　　· Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

　　· May have additional responsibilities with month end close, journal entries, analysis of DSO (days sales outstanding), and accounts receivable reconciliations.
