Job Purpose and Impact
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and efficient HR operations professional to join our Human Resources Operations team and help us improve our HR workflows further. As HR Operations professional, the incumbent will report directly to the HR Operations Lead and help manage day to day HR operations and spearheading important HR and compliance initiatives.
The Associate HR Operations Specialist position will be responsible for Singapore HR Operations including benefits & payroll administration. You will gain wider exposure to benefits/payroll administration, HR operations as well as projects aimed at digitizing and automating HR processes. Operating across a rapidly growing, complex, diverse region, you would have the opportunity to work at your best and collaborate with regional HR teams.
Key Accountabilities
Handling moderately complex inquiry from stakeholders / employees relating to benefits and payroll matters.
Direct and guide employees on the ticketing tools and other system related to benefits and payroll i.e. ESS, insurance, medical & MyHR Info (Successfactor).
Work closely with other HR teams i.e. HRO Tier 1, Data Management, Position Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards in ensuring top-quality and customer-oriented services while maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures.
Support the data replication between HRIS & payroll system and guide the Data Management team on complex replication error.
With guidance from HR Operations Lead and Total Rewards, analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Plan effective employee communication concerning benefits programs through a refresher session in collaboration with the broker & insurer to educate employees on benefits package.
Learn and adapt to new procedures and policies that concern human resources operations, such as benefits and payroll related inquiries.
Gain expertise in HR Information Systems (MyHR – Successfactor/RemedyForce) and any related tools to guide and coach other team members within the HR department whenever needed.
Manage benefits & payroll vendor i.e. ADP, Darwin, IHP, Mercer, Fragomen • In-charge of annual/periodic renewal activities related to HR policy i.e. insurance/ medical/ broker/ vendor.
Handle the changes / updates i.e. legislative updates concerning benefits and payroll by conducting analysis and research in collaboration with Total Rewards & benefits / payroll vendors.
Manage invoices related to benefits / payroll in ensuring timely payment to vendor. • Partake in system release and all enhancement testing sessions related to benefits & payroll.
Collaborate / discuss with HR Operations Lead and team about actions and implement relevant solutions that improve customer satisfaction and departmental efficiency.
Partner with country HR Operations Lead for day-to-day operations & core HR project.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years of related work experience.
Other minimum qualifications may apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a human resources, finance or administration role.
Exposure to human resources tools and payroll applications – HRIS, payroll system i.e. ADP/SAP with knowledge of SSL creation / loader is an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in statutory submission includes the income tax filing i.e. IR21, IR8A, CP21, 8E.
Previous experience in vendor management.

Experience in manufacturing environmental.
Experience handling time sensitive confidential information.
Payroll process methodologies.
