About Associate, Health & Benefits, BD Beijing Team

　　1、维护现有客户的良好合作关系，积极开拓新的业务机会，配合销售人员达成新业务

　　①与现有客户保持联系，及时将现有客户的新业务需求上报主管

　　②在主管及其他有经验同事的帮助下，草拟员工福利保险方案，经审核后，递交客户。

　　③配合销售人员开发客户，作为客户服务与技术支持的代表与客户沟通，或向客户做服务方案的介绍与释疑。

　　2、维护现有客户现有业务规模，提供日常保险经纪服务。

　　①在主管和其他有经验同事的指导下，使现有客户的应续保业务收入续保率不低于95%

　　②在主管和其他有经验同事的指导下，使现有客户的个数续保率不低于80%

　　③提供日常保险经纪服务，主动与客户保持联络，负责客户答疑及日常咨询。

　　④积极协助客户办理理赔、续保等手续，关注客户理赔信息与进展，及时为客户解决信息变更及理赔纠纷等问题。

　　3、根据公司业务流程规范要求，完成相关的业务管理工作，以确保业务信息的完整性

　　①及时完成业务系统的客户信息的录入和业务信息的上报

　　②及时完成应收帐款的催收

　　③遵守公司的合规规定

　　1、本科及以上学历，专业为人力资源，金融保险或英文，海外留学背景尤佳；

　　2、5年以上保险公司团险销售或员工福利方案相关工作经验。

　　3、①熟悉Office软件操作及良好的书面表达能力。

　　②了解保险业务知识及市场营销管理知识，有较强的学习能力与解决问题能力。

　　③性格开朗、有较好的分析、判断和沟通能力

　　④具有团队合作精神，良好的组织和协调能力

　　⑤出色的英文语言能力，听说读写流利"
