Duties and responsibilities related to the Associate Director of Sales role:

Drive sales strategies customized for hotel offerings and market dynamics.

Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to boost room bookings and event sales.

Lead and mentor the sales team, setting targets and providing continual support.

Analyse occupancy trends and guest feedback to refine pricing and promotional tactics.

Coordinate sales efforts for special events and group bookings, ensuring flawless execution and guest contentment.

Collaborate with hotel departments like marketing and operations to elevate guest experience and revenue generation.

Qualification:

Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager in a luxury international brand hotel.

Good understanding of selling techniques and marketing approaches.

Computer skills inMSOffice, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.
