We are seeking amotivated, achievement-oriented individual who can help us fulfill ourcommitment to deliver client success on each and every project we undertake.You will work with and be mentored by nationally recognized, seniortechnical sDetailed Description:This role will provide a high level of support for ongoing and new projectsaddressing environmental concerns of private sector projects throughout thesouthern and southwest portions of the United States. In addition, thisposition will support project development (i.e., scopes of work,proposals and project budgeting), compliance strategy development,representing our clients in negotiations with regulatory agencies, andpromoting a high level of technical competence in our work products. Theposition also provides the opportunity to manage projects of varying size andcomplexity. Additional job responsibilities are as follows:Manage and execute work on compliance and permitting for industrial,commercial and/or retail facilities including program planning anddevelopment, permitting, and reporting.Support client program internally for large, multi-disciplined team,coordinating program planning, and supporting program task managers toexecute program plan, team training, and report writing.Manage multiple complex projects and programs in diverse settings and withchanging requirements.Participate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team atmosphere.Successfully manage and deliver projects on time, on budget, and with highquality.Utilize internal project management tools and resources.Participate in improving company resources and tools to improve production andefficiency.Mentor/supervise, delegate, and oversee the work of technical staff andengineers; coordinate with other disciplines.Ensure the program team is implementing BC's quality assurance/qualitycontrol (QA/QC) processDesired Skills and Experience:B.S. in engineering, planning, environmental science, geology, orrelated discipline required.2+ years of professional related experience.Project management skills including attention to health and safety; programdelivery strategy development and execution by collaborating with a team ofproject managers and staff; financial metrics tracking; strongorganization; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-pacedenvironment; military background (not required); and implementation of QA/QC.Thorough knowledge of environmental regulations and environmental duediligence.Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability toconduct effective presentations and written report preparation.Valid driver's license and good driving record are required, as thisposition requires the ability to rent and safely drive a rental vehicle forbusinessThe candidate should have the ability to successfully collaborate with BC'slocal, regional, and national Compliance and Permitting practitioners aswell as help mentor junior staff.Project experience facilitating and working with regulators and clients onprojects associated with site specific investigations, remediation,compliance and permitting.Experience communicating with environmental regulatory agencies on permittingand compliance matters.Strong quantitative and analytical skills required.Excellent technical writing and communication skills required.Experience and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectSalary Range:Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based onthe employee's primary work location and maybemore or lessdependinguponskills, experience,and education.
