Reporting into the Senior Director, Consumer Marketing, the Associate Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote and enhance the brand's online presence. This position requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, digital media and marketing trends, social media platforms and ability to interpret and leverage reporting analytics insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive consumer digital marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
Oversee and manage all social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
Create and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Develop and curate high-quality digital content for various platforms, adhering to regulatory guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging.
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Ensure all digital and social media activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to review and approve digital content.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Bachelors degree; Advanced degree (MBA, Masters, etc.) is a plus.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in digital agency, marketing, sales, or related function with specialization in the pharmaceutical industry.
Sound experience in, consumer omnichannel marketing, search engine optimization, marketing database, email, SMS, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of the multiple channels of customer engagement across varied customers (i.e., HCP, consumer, patient, payer) including how channels can be used effectively in an integrated manner to provide cross-channel customer journeys.
Experience with digital landscape and development of digital patient journeys.
Knowledge of website and advertising analytics tools, staying up to date with the latest trends & best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Launch experience preferred.

Other Requirements
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the year.
Must live a commutable distance to our US Corporate Headquarters in Florham Park, NJ. Office presence required at least 3 days per week.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to articulate clearly and conduct verbal presentations with large and small audiences.
Ability to travel via automobile and/or airplane.
Ability to view video display terminal images 18 away from face for extended period up to four (4) hours at a time.
Ability to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time up to four (4) hours at a time.
Ability to lift, tug, pull up to fifteen (15) pounds.
