The Associate Director is responsible for a wide range of tasks that will be essential to the smooth running of the School as well as to the educational development of the children. In the Director’s absence, the Associate Director has sole responsibility for the school.

  Job Requirements:

  Must be at least 21 years of age

  Must have previous leadership experience and at least 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.

  CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field

  Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

  Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements
