　　The Associate Brand Manager Acute Care EMEA is the brand expert who supports the strategic direction and the execution for the portfolio growth through internal and external education strategies, European customer engagement campaigns and marketing campaign/ strategy.

　　What you will do:

　　In collaboration with the Divisional/Portfolio Marketing/Local Marketing teams, drive the Annual Marketing PlanIn alignment with global strategy, supports the long-range brand strategy to achieve required growth, profit and market share targetsCreates/distributes scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns and best practices which can be localized for maximum impactIdentifies education, brand experience and customer engagement opportunities for both internal and external audiences to increase brand perception and value in collaboration with Education ManagerDevelopment of trust and strong relationships with LOCAL marketers, sales professionals, internal stakeholders, and key customers (KOL)Working with country leadership to forecast demand develop relationships with supply chain partnersSupport the execution of regional product life cycle including phase-in (launch) and phase-out (PLCM) of products

　　Experience/Education:

　　Bachelor's degree required preferably in Marketing, Engineering, Life Science or relevant field.MBA and international experience preferred More than 5+ years work and 3+ years of marketing experience in BioTech/Med-tech industry with appropriate clinical and technological backgroundFluent in local language and EnglishExperience in supporting the sales force and customer facing activities in the fieldExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrategic mind setAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesAbility to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authorityAbility to work independ and remoMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policiesDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

　　Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objectsCoordination of eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention ability.
