Job overview and responsibilities
United Airlines reaches out to customers and potential travelers via digital campaigns with new information, travel inspiration, personalized offers, promos, etc. The Digital Marketing & Personalized Offers team at IKC supports all such digital acquisition initiatives with insights to help strategize campaigns and analytics to help measure performance. We work closely with stakeholders in the US to bring these campaigns to life and continuously improve performance with learning and actionable insights.
Assist in campaign planning, targeting and audience identification
Measure campaign results and performance using data analysis
Gather and organize data from various sources using SQL/ Python/ R
Continuously develop and demonstrate improved analysis methodologies
Create presentations for United leadership and external stakeholders
Conduct exploratory analysis, identify opportunities and proactively suggest initiatives to meet marketing objectives
Create, modify and automate reports and dashboards - take ownership of reporting structure and metrics, clearly and effectively communicating relevant information to decision makers using data visualization tools
Sharing of internal best practices and foster collaboration with internal and external teams

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree
0-1 years of experience in Analytics and working with analytical tools
Comfort and curiosity for working with very large data sets
Experience in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources to highlight patterns and relationships
Proficiency in using database querying tools and writing complex queries and procedures using Teradata SQL and/ or Microsoft SQL
Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate analysis in a clear and precise manner
High sense of ownership of work
Ability to work under time constraints
Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
Master's degree
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field like Math, Statistics, Analytics and/ or Business
SQL/ Python/ R
Visualization tools – Tableau/ Spotfire
Understanding of digital acquisition channels
Strong knowledge of either Python or R
Familiarity with one or more reporting tools – Spotfire/ Tableau
