You will have the opportunity to support the assessment, development and implementation of the risk governance model and risk framework for the public markets business in Macquarie Asset Management, covering Equities Multi-asset, Fixed Income and Leveraged Credit. Our Risk team supports the business in providing risk guidance and implementing a strong risk management framework, including assessing the design and operational effectiveness of critical processes and controls of the business.

At least seven years' experience developing and / or executing non-financial risk management frameworks.A strong understanding of business control environments and technology, including assessment of control design and operating model reviews.Experience in US Investment Management industry, including regulated 40 Act funds and other vehicles subject to Federal securities rules and regulationsStrong communication skills, verbal and written, including developing procedure and controls documentation as well asSenior stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to initiate and lead conversations with senior leaders.#LI-Hybrid #LI-PA1
