Title: Associate Advisor

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid - Tuesday to Thursday)

Salary: Up to 149k + bonus

About the Company: Planning first Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), with a strong presence on the west coast. The firm manages over $6+ billion in assets across more than 2000 families.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact in client communications.

Review, manage and provide recommendations on client portfolios.

Prepare comprehensive deliverables for client meetings, including cash needs analysis and asset allocation.

Work closely with the lead advisor to manage customer relationships.

Prepare spreadsheet analysis for advanced financial topics such as tax loss harvesting, stock option, and restricted wealth transfer strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

4+ years’ experience in an RIA or similar organization, directly planning and interfacing with high net worth private clients.

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is required.

Ability to handle multiple high-status client relationships and effectively coordinate across teams and customers.

Aspiration to be a lead advisor will be a significant part of the qualification process.
