Anticipated Salary Range:
Responsibilities:
Prepare and implement practice strategies in accordance with the headcoach's direction and vision.Serve as primary contact and organizer of all on and off campus recruitment.Serve as secondary contact for Admission Office and Financial Aid Office.Supervise student staff to include scheduling and approving timesheets.Assist the head coach in practice planning, skill development, gameplanning, opponent scouting, individual player development.Utilize video editing systems for player and team development, andopponent preparation.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning plus aminimum of 3 years of college coaching experience in women's soccer and aproven track record of success in the sport; prior recruiting experience;familiarity with NCAA rules and, if not already NCAA certified, preparedto become certified; demonstrated knowledge of coaching techniques;excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to think criticallyand solve problems; good judgment and ability to handleconfidential/sensitive information with discretion. Must possess andmaintain a valid driver's license and a driving record that is insurable byColorado College's motor vehicle insurance carrier.
Preferred Qualifications:
NCAA College Coaching and recruiting experience; knowledge and experiencewith video and scouting software.
