About Registered Nurse – Acute Care 1 – Full Time

　　Up to $50,000 sign on bonus for most Full Time positions!

　　Full Time day shift Registered Nurse RN on Acute Care 1 at Lourdes Hospital.

　　Department Description: The oncology/hospice unit is located on 1 Medical at Guthrie Lourdes. This is a 28-bed unit that specializes in cancer care, treatment, and palliative medicine.

　　Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

　　Education/License:

　　Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing. Required professional licensure at time of hire.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.|

　　Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.|

　　Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.|

　　Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

　　The pay range for this position is $37.50 - $53.06 per hour.
