POSITION TITLE:          Vice President, Investment Banking

　　POSITION DUTIES:        Serve as a key member of merger and acquisition, and capital raising transaction teams, draft information memorandums, develop management and investor presentations, and participate in the deal process from start to finish; create and analyze financial models, develop prospective client presentations and conduct industry research; prepare marketing documents, pitch materials, confidential information memoranda, board presentations, and management presentations; create valuation analysis, including comparable companies, comparable transactions, and discounted cash flows; conduct financial due diligence and market and industry research and create detailed operating financial models; support senior bankers in their relationship management responsibilities; and interact with clients during presentations and deal execution.

　　POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; and 3 years' experience in any related occupation, to include 3 years' experience in investment banking, 3 years' experience with mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance, 3 years' experience with financial modeling; and 3 years' experience in focused equity analysis. Position requires 20% Regular local travel to meet with clients.  Remote work is permitted but the incumbent must live within commuting distance of the Cleveland, Ohio office. Must have passed Series 79 Exam, SIE - Securities Industry Essentials Exam, and Series 63 Exam.  Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience. Experience may be gained concurrently.
