Overview The Assistant Sandwich Shop Manager assists with the operation, direction, and supervision of the Sandwich Shop under direction of the Sandwich Shop Manager. Duties include managing department expense, control shrinkage and pilferage losses. Prepares products for sale and consumption. Ensures favorable image with customers through a clean, attractive, friendly and well-stocked store. Unloads and transports merchandise to appropriate area. Controls freshness by coding and rotating all products.
