ROLE SUMMARY Works in our warehouse toprovide support to our transportation and warehouse departments. Thisperson will complete shipments in SAP, group, and post orders/routes,print invoices and truck delivery reports, coordinate LTL and CCNdelivery and pick up. Perform routing utilizing Telogis, our TMSsystem.Contacts customers with delivery issues, process deliverypaperwork and run daily reports.Will also release and assign ordersusing SAP and our warehouse management system and assist with receivingpaperwork. MEASURES OF SUCCESS *Perform daily functions in SAP forHill\'s, including creating shipments, completing the picking process,PGI orders/shipments and print invoices. *Assign orders to warehouseassociates in the WMS system for both the Hills and General Petdatabases. *Complete shipments, group and post orders and printinvoices for General Pet deliveries. *Route 10-17 delivery routes dailyusing Verizon Connect routing system.to maximize efficiencies. *Respondto requests for proof of delivery using Verizon Connect, UPS,Laserfische and carrier websites. *Prepare Bills of Lading for commoncarrier shipments. *Reconcile Driver trip receipts. *Maintain deliverylogs including weekly route delay and special shipment reports. *Assistwith A/P functions, including scanning invoices to Laserfische andentering the proper GL accounts *Process driver paperwork; includingscanning delivery receipts into Laserfische and forwarding paperwork toappropriate department. *Communicate any delivery issues withcustomers, customer service department and Hill\'s. *Assist warehouseassociates with daily functions, including answering inventoryquestions, printing license plates, and fixing handheld devices asneeded. *Regular attendance and onsite presence. *AIB and GDPrequirements while performing daily operational functions/duties.*Follow all Food Safety policies and procedures; including performingdaily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments and other relatedactivities as directed.
