We have an immediate opening in our Sales Management department. This role consists of working with the Sales Manager and Support Staff to manage a team of outside commissioned sales representatives from our office in Orlando, FL.  Developmental opportunities exist to grow title, responsibility and compensation within this role. Job Description: * Utilize reports daily, weekly and monthly to track closing ratio and strategize with upper management a plan to meet monthly goals. * Assist with managing designer calendar and schedule compliance. * Assist administrative support personnel capturing timely account updates. * Follow our process and provide phone assistance to designers to close the sale. * Review account designs and pricing to ensure functionality and proper discounting. * Gather and provide all established Company training resources, policies, and procedures. * Recruit, Hire, Train, Develop and Measure new and existing sales team members. Requirements: * Understand and Train based on Franchise model. * Analyze performance drivers for root cause and improvements. * Learn and utilize or Customer Software and basic CAD programs. * Work in a team environment, both taking and providing direction to achieve targeted results. * Forecast and Report monthly performance.
