Ensure all project documents are stored on the designated shared drive and not on personal computers. Understand and implement document management and storage procedures for each project, as per policy.

  • Coordinating the preparation of required interim and final deliverables for projects.

  • Assisting with client and internal project reports to ensure projects are on schedule, on budget, performed safely, and comply with quality requirements.

  • Providing technical assistance such as interpreting specifications and applying technical standards to project-specific applications.

  • Performing project related field tasks, attending key meetings, coordinating and overseeing subcontractors, providing project related field documentation, and performing a variety of technical activities from project start to completion.
