　　Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications:

　　Assistant Professor: $65,000 - $70,000Instructor: $55,000 - $65,000Degree Required:

　　Assistant Professor (tenure track): Ph.D. in Computer Science from a regionally accredited college or universityInstructor (non-tenure track): Masters in Computer Science from a regionally accredited college or universityPreferred Qualifications:

　　Terminal degree and college teaching experience preferredQuality on-line instructional experienceCollegiality within a team environmentAbility to work independentlyPerform effectively under pressure and with deadlinesExperience utilizing technologyCritical thinking, problem-solving and written verbal communication skillsResponsibilities: This 9-month with pay and benefits over 12 months, full-time, tenure track faculty member will be responsible for teaching Computer Science related courses. The teaching assignment is 12 credit course load per semester.
