　　Job Description The Opportunity: 

　　The position is for someone who is flexible, a great multi tasker and is able to work with all levels of Production, Management, Finance and Accounting.  We are looking for an individual who will support our production teams with their project spends.  We are in a fast paced environment and work with some amazing creative talent. 

　　The ideal candidate is versatile, highly-detailed and has the ability to be proactive about keeping everyone in the loop and up-to-date on the status of all tasks. Must be organized, process-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.

　　What Your Impact Will Be: 

　　Work closely with all levels of management, production and various finance teamsReview detailed reporting for accuracy of reclassesTrack budget versus actualsProcess all documentation for vendor screeningProcess invoicing for all vendors, including setting up purchase orders if necessaryAllocate invoices to all jobsAllocate temp spend to all jobsReconcile Clients & Profits (where production spend is housed) against GLProcess month end closesProcess intercompany chargeback’s monthlyRequest Clients & Profits for new usersSet up /Train new users in Clients & ProfitsRun ad hoc reports for Finance, Producers, Teams & Audit Qualifications What We’re Looking For: 

　　Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.Word/Excel/OutlookProficient in maintaining effective financial internal controlsA minimum of 3 or more years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting The hourly range for this position is between $21.00 and $29.00.*

　　**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
