　　Job Description o   Communicate compliance standards, expectations and requirements to internal and external stakeholders globally such as direct import customers, factories, business units and function teams

　　o   Enhance customers relationship thru provision of professional customer care.

　　o   Able to articulate complex compliance issues in a simple way that is understood and translated in a business-friendly solution-oriented manner

　　o   Work with stakeholders and business units to develop processes and implement process, procedures & work instructions.

　　o   Ensure that documents and procedure required to support operations for audit & compliance are updated, current and available to the group network

　　o   Contribute technical and commercial industry specific knowledge to ensure factory compliance and stay aligned with business needs and customers requirements.

　　o   Work closely with Data team to interpret compliance data, organize the data, analyze results, identify trends and provide ongoing status reports

　　o   Lead ad-hoc project as assigned by management

　　Qualifications o   University degree holder

　　o   5+ years of supply chain experience in compliance related areas

　　o   Able to articulate complex compliance issues and provide solution to resolve them

　　o   Strong technical and commercial understanding of the following of compliance issues associated with social compliance, product quality & safety, EH&S and security

　　o   Project management experience with ability to work across business units and country network

　　o   Excellent communication skills with ability to provide presentations confidently to an executive audience (both internal & external) in meetings, seminars and one to one discussion.

　　o   Ability to build strong relationship and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

　　o   Strong analytical skills and attention to details

　　o   Self-motivated, proactive and customer-oriented mindset.

　　o   Strong problem-solving skills and a good team player

　　o   Willing to travel occasionally when needed
