Job Summary: The EparaTodos VirtualEnrollment Experience Manager is a remote position responsible fordeveloping and managing the recruitment and selection process ofSpanish-speaking entrepreneurs participating in our Virtual AcceleratorTest conducted in Texas, Arizona, and California. This position is alsoin charge of coordinating DEI training for Entrepreneurs enrolled in theprogram. This position will work closely with the Virtual ProjectDirector, the Virtual Program Experience Manager, and the Marketing andTech Teams at EforAll. They also respond to general inquiries from thepublic for information related to EforAll?s Virtual Accelerator. Theideal candidate offers assistance with applications and orientationsessions to aspiring entrepreneurs. They also respond to generalinquiries from the public for information related to EforAll?s VirtualAccelerator. The ideal candidate for the position is culturallycompetent and understands the needs and characteristics of Hispanics inthose three States. Responsibilities: Recruitment of 15 entrepreneursfor a Virtual Accelerator Test. Generate at least a total of 30applications from the three States where the test is conducted (Texas,Arizona, and California). Manage application readings, including readingevery application. Select semifinalists and manage semifinalists?interviews, including interviewing every applicant. Select 15entrepreneurs. Facilitate the Entrepreneur Mentor Matching Orientation.Coordinate and facilitate Mentor Matching with the Mentor/VolunteerExperience Manager. Create teams in the app. Conduct entrepreneurpre-accelerator self-assessment survey. Coordinate DEI Training forEntrepreneurs. Track attendance. Conduct a training feedback survey.Conduct an enrollment Feedback Survey for Entrepreneurs at the end ofthe enrollment process. Characteristics & Qualifications: Bilingual inEnglish and Spanish. Experience in online recruitment of adult studentsfrom diverse backgrounds, online marketing, and sales techniques.Comfortable with delivering presentations and coordinating virtualevents. Able to gather data and create reports. Problem-solving skills.Excellent time management skills. Excellent written and oralcommunication skills. Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, andmethodical. Ability to work flexibly in a growing organization andteamwork environment. Strong knowledge of Google Suites, videoconferencing, and comfortable learning new software. Bachelor?s degreepreferred. Ability to work remotely.
