POSITION SUMMARY:
TheRegional Operations Excellence (OX) Frontline Engagement Leader is on afast-paced development path to becoming a bakery operations manager at BimboBakeries USA (BBU), the nation's largest baking company. Our brand familyincludes legendary brands like Thomas', Entenmann's, Little Bites, Bimbo,Oroweat, Brownberry, Arnold, Artesano, and more.Thisrole supports implementation and sustainability of Operations Excellence withina regional geography. Reporting to the Operations Excellence Change Leader(Director of Operations), the OX Frontline Engagement Leader will workshoulder-to-shoulder with bakery leadership teams in supporting the executionof the OX Playbook.Thisrole is responsible for ensuring and maintaining a people- and food-safeenvironment through compliance with all requirements in Food Safety, GoodManufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points(HACCP), Quality, Workplace Safety, Process Management, Occupational SafetyHealth Act (OSHA), Environmental Standards and polices/programs as may berequired by Plant, Company, Local, State and/or Federal mandates or programs.TheOX Frontline Engagement Leader must have technical competency, coaching andcommunication skills, along with an understanding of a manufacturingenvironment. These competencies andskills will support the Operations Excellence objectives to grow our people andgrow the business.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with leadership at multiplecommercial baking facilities within a geography to implement and sustainablyexecute the OX PlaybookUnderstand Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) and actions a bakery can take to impact themCoach associates at all levels inaccordance with the BBU Leadership Model, and the E5 BehaviorsObtain feedback and offer solutionsfor continuous improvement of the OX PlaybookLead the achievement of azero-injury workplace, including compliance with FDA, EPA, OSHA, and HACCPregulationBuild a culture of mutual respect,teamwork, and professionalism, demonstrating active support of the Company'svalues and policiesUnderstandand enforce procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan and the Food QualityPlan#LI-TN1Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering, Food Science or BakingTechnology1-3 years relevant experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisorycapacityDemonstrated knowledge of manufacturing operations/processing/formulationsand equipmentStrong business acumenand working knowledge of process control and improvement toolsParticipativemanagement style and excellent organizational and communication skillsStrong technical skillsincluding proficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to multi-task and problem solve in a challengingenvironmentMust possess strong leadership, computer, and communication(verbal and written) skillsAbility to analyze data, multi-task and problem solve in a fast-pacedchallenging environmentAbility to work a flexible schedule including off hifts andweekendsThis position is regional and will be required to travel up to95%, as needed
