　　Maintaining of fire/life safety equipment such as fire panels, alarm notification systems, smoke and heat detectors, sprinkler systems, emergency lights, exit signs etc. to ensure continuous operations and appropriate actions occur during emergency situations.

　　Respond for all fire alarms consistent with the requirements and work with tenants to find source of alarm and repair.

　　Maintain all portable fire extinguishers as required in the premises with the help of vendor partners.

　　Ensure fire/life safety equipment operates as required during power outages or other emergency conditions by periodically testing the equipment connected to emergency generator systems and periodically testing batteries with the assistance of vendor partners.

　　Conducting fire/life safety specific maintenance and testing such as fire alarm tests, smoke/heat detector tests etc. consistent with approved practices and frequencies.

　　Recommend opportunities to improve safety and reduce business interruption by identifying potentially vulnerable areas, equipment or processes.

　　Represent client at various events and help organise safety related events .

　　Communicate clearly and confidently with client and others.

　　Would remotely assist smaller sites and gather data to form comparative analysis.

　　Coordinate with FM for various site related work .

　　In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given by Management, within the purview of the contract
