　　BluePearl Brandon is looking for a full-time Board-Certified Surgeon or individual who is residency-trained in Small Animal Surgery to become a vital part of our dedicated team! This position comes with a competitive sign-on bonus of up to $100,000!

　　State-of-the-Art Facility: We have been servicing the Brandon area, a suburb of Tampa Bay, since 2007. Our 6,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility is open 24 hours, seven days a week, 365 days a year, offering emergency care when pets and their families need it most. In addition to emergency medicine, our board-certified and board-eligible clinicians specialize in oncology, critical care, and surgery. With more than 20 veterinarians on staff, our specialists and emergency clinicians work together to provide a strong, collaborative atmosphere and a team-based approach to advanced care. Current on-site diagnostic capabilities include digital radiography, endoscopy, arthroscopy, and ultrasound.

　　What Sets Us Apart? We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, welcoming, and collaborative team environment. We work very closely with each other, and everyone is always willing to help their colleagues. The critical care team will work intimately with you on difficult anesthetic cases and can take over post-operative care if desired. We also have some of the most senior technicians within the BluePearl network and most of them have been with us for 10-20 years. Some technicians are assigned to individual services, but all of them are cross trained to work on the emergency service or in the ICU. Within the Tampa Bay Market, all the surgeons round together daily creating the opportunity to collaborate on cases and share expertise. Mentorship and education are a part of our culture. We have an internship and residency program and a team of experienced clinicians who are passionate about teaching. Resident surgery teaching rounds occur twice weekly. Within the market, advanced diagnostics like CT or MRI can be arranged at our sister hospitals.
