The Imaging Services Scheduler or Receptionist is the first line contact for patient. They receive calls and make calls to schedule imaging exams. The Receptionist greets patients, identifies, and guides patients toward preparations needed prior to exam appointment. The Scheduler/Receptionist needs to be able to expertly and efficiently triage a wide variety of questions and requests from patients, providers, other departments and locations as presented by phone or in person. Work Schedule: 0.5 FTE: M-F 9-530pm. No weekends or holidays. This role has the potential to be full-time if preferred.
