Responsible for assisting the manager in directing the daily shift operations of the

　　store

　　Operates in accordance with prescribed policies and

　　practices

　　As a supervisor within our network, you are always

　　accountable for your actions whether you are present or not.

　　Principal Duties and Responsibilities : Majority of

　　duties performed, but not meant to be inclusive or prevent other duties from

　　being assigned.

　　Responsible for customer service, employee coaching and

　　morale of store employees.

　　Provide ongoing training as needed regarding new products,

　　promotions, policies, etc.

　　Compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws.

　　Ensure proper execution of new window products introductions

　　and marketing programs within store.

　　Complete temperature & coffee calibration logs, and

　　provide product order and throwaway sheets. Also, complete or check all Log

　　Books.

　　Responsible for the daily maintenance and calibration of all

　　equipment.

　　Conducting regular travel paths throughout your shift and acting

　　on issues when needed.

　　Responsible for any other requirements/duties Supervisors

　　may require.

　　Required Qualifications

　　18 years or older

　　2 years’ experience in QSR

　　Willing to obtain State of Rhode Island Food Safety License.

　　The cost of the training and test will be paid by the company.

　　Available between the hours of 11am and 930 pm, shifts

　　vary between these hours.

　　Weekends and Holiday availability is required as we are open

　　7 days per week.

　　Legally authorized to work in the United States

　　This position is not a seasonal position. We are looking

　　for a permanent fit for our organization.
