　　Job Summary:

　　HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress is seeking to recruit a neuro focused Advanced-Practice Provider (NP or PA) for employment to a busy neurosurgeon based in the north Houston suburb community of North Cypress.

　　Qualified Candidates:

　　Acute care APP training and experience with neurology or neurosurgery is strongly preferred.

　　Must be able to obtain or maintain an active Texas medical license.

　　Ability to communicate neurosurgery plans with primary team.

　　Maintenance of NIHSS certification.

　　About the Opportunity/Hospital:

　　Hours are roughly 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, but some days may start earlier, or end later.

　　Duties include rounding on inpatient neurosurgery patients as a consult service, evaluating patients before and after procedures.

　　Two days of clinic per week.

　　Operating Room participation welcomed but not required.
