As an Assistant, FF&E Procurement Support, you will assist Team Manager in planning and organizing sourcing and delivering supply management functions for a focused service brand in GCM and other APAC regions if required. This role is a key member to assist in professional sourcing activities while adhering to Hilton brand standards and operating procedures.
What will I be doing?
The Assistant, FF&E Procurement Support will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Perform documentation work for RFP activities and Purchase Order management Perform supplier pre-qualification process. Support FF&E sourcing programs; communicate with suppliers/manufacturers and cross-functional teams. Perform data and document management in Hilton’s operating system. Draft official writing Attend meetings with stakeholders Effectively manage supplier contacts and product info, inclusive of catalogue content, product specifications, photographs and descriptions, pricing and file retention. Ensure on-time update and data accuracy in Hilton’s operating systems such as SmartSpend, intranet.What are we looking for?

Bachelor's Degree.At least 3 years of project procurement / supplier (design, furniture, etc) experience in hospitality environment.Strong analytical and writing skills.Willing to learn new knowledge.Strong interpersonal and relation-building skills, able to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.What will it be like to work for Hilton?
