Description:
This candidate will provide Maintenance and component-level troubleshooting of parking payment equipment including installation, upgrades, removals, parts management and preventative maintenance services.
• Provide customer service and care of equipment to ensure customer satisfaction• update technician support tickets with troubleshooting steps and resolution of any issues and parts replaced• go to assigned service calls on meters to troubleshoot issues towards diagnosis and resolution• Install and provide level one maintenance and operational training for new meter installs• Conduct preventive maintenance on meters as required• Check all connections and power supply when servicing any meter• Follow up with open service tickets on a daily basis to ensure issue resolution• Test all assigned meters fully for all payments and rates on a daily basis• Replace damaged decals and remove graffiti if found on meters• Conduct an inventory swap by exchanging bad parts for good parts on a daily basis• Ensure service tickets are updated for billing purposes with service call time including travel and parts replaced• Perform truck inventory on a monthly basis• Schedule company vehicle maintenance as needed
