Licenses/Certifications:Certified Dietary Manager or, Certified Food Service Manager or, Similarnational certification for food service management and safety from anational certifying body. In states that have established standards forfood service, meets State requirements for food service manager ordietary managers. Serve Safe Certified. Experience: Two (2) to three (3)years\' supervisory experience in culinary food preparation or kitchenenvironment. Healthcare, senior living industry, pharmacy or long-termcare environment preferred.
