　　Assistant Director of Patient Care position in our Nursing Mother Baby Unit

　　We are currently seeking someone that can help us attain our mission statement; to advance the quality of life and health of our community. The ideal candidate will drive our vision of being the premier health care provider, fully committed to ensuring quality and compassionate care.

　　Responsibilities include assisting the Director in managing the unit with staff schedules, evaluations, discipline & QI.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor of Science in Nursing required or actively matriculating.

　　Current New Jersey licensure & BLS required.

　　NRP preferred

　　Current Management or Charge experience

　　Maternal Child, Couplet Care and/or Newborn Care experience preferred
